Jun 19, 2013 · I lift dumbbells. Usually 4 sets of 15. 20 pounds. Pushups sit ups etc. but it’s random. Not really a plan. This is mainly for Basketball season. I can workout 5 or 6 times a week. About 20-60 minutes a day. I would like a weekly plan. That I can repeat for a month. Then another plan from a month. And one more for the last month.
